Following the collapse of discover leisure and the company going into administration, we at Stewart Longton Caravans appreciate this is very sad news for all the customers out there who have purchased a new or used caravan from them.
We will do our very best to address any problems that customers of Discover Leisure may face now, or in the coming weeks with regard to purchasing, servicing or warranty repairs. We will endeavour to get you booked in and parts ordered as soon as possible.
Stewart Longton Caravans is a member of the Approved Workshop Scheme and is National Caravan Council Approved. We offer a high quality level of service and insurance work. The service department is open 6 days a week and we also offer the facility for same day services.
So for any servicing, warranty and insurance enquiries please don't hesitate in calling our Service department on 01257 279921 and ask for Paul Smith our Service Manager.
Any Discover leisure customers who have ordered a new 2011 or 2012 model and had their deal cancelled as a result of the company's receivership are encouraged to contact our Sales Team on 01257 279921. If the caravan they were hoping to purchase is still available Stewart Longton Caravans will do everything possible to ensure customers will get the van they wanted.
