Our specialised caravan shipping partner have been providing damage-free, on time delivery of containerised personal and commercial shipments direct from the United Kingdom to New Zealand and Australia for 10 years. They operate a weekly shipping schedule to all major ports in the region: Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Fremantle, Sydney, Adelaide. Brisbane and Melbourne. They have a purpose built, MAF approved cleaning bay designed for every type of caravan.
Reliable every step of the way
Throughout the entire buying process our dedicated sales team will liaise with you and provide you with detailed specifications and high quality photographs ensuring an easy and stress free buying experience with Stewart Longton Caravans.
At the point of sale the caravan is checked scrupulously through our approved workshop from top to bottom. Any faults found are rectified before dispatch by our engineers. Once cleared all jobs are then re-checked by our workshop manager to ensure all jobs have been completed. We then pass the caravan on to our dispatch team who clean the caravan thoroughly to meet our high standards.
When all checks and standards are met your caravan is then delivered to our shipping partner F.S. Mackenzie where their experienced staff will prepare it for shipment: Some external components are removed as requested, moveable internal items are secured and the windows and outer edges are protected. The caravan is secured within a container to ensure total confidence for the safety of the vehicle while in transit. Once the caravan is secured they will take photographs to provide proof of the absolute security of your caravan.
On arrival in the port of destination, F.S Mackenzie can manage the local customs clearance process and assist with Duty and Tax procedures.
The caravan is carefully unpacked then cleared through MAF under their care, which often entails cleaning at their specialist facility. Finally, they can arrange for it to be delivered to your choice of destination, providing a truly comprehensive door-to-door service.
